When we identify that something is purely the responsibility of God we should rejoice and be glad when He does it. The opening scripture is exhorting believers in Christ Jesus to show appreciation to God for whatsoever He does; no wonder that in the New Testament He said in everything we should give thanks to God (1 Thessalonians 5:17). When we develop the lifestyle of rejoicing and gladness, God causes all things to work together for our good.
